Carlos Vecchio, ambassador of the president in charge of Venezuela to the US, denounced Friday that the regime of Nicolás Maduro allegedly raided his house in Caracas.

Vecchio explained that months ago they intimidated his family in Caripe, Monagas state; and that the facts correspond to attacks by the regime that give it much more strength to continue working on the recovery of «the freedom of Venezuela.»

«Yesterday the regime raided my house in Caracas. A few months ago they got with my family in Caripe. The regime only knows repression. These attacks give us more strength to continue until we achieve freedom d Venezuela, ”Vecchio wrote on his Twitter.
